This page describes what this website does with data, no more and no less. It covers voicetodolist.com only. What the Vozly app does is described in the app's own privacy policy.
Who we are
VoiceToDoList.com is published by Proseca Bilişim ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a limited company under Turkish law, Çınarlı Mahallesi 1572 Sokak No:33, 35170 Konak / İzmir, Türkiye, represented by Habip Keser. Proseca is the controller of the personal data described on this page. The company is based in Türkiye, outside the European Union.
The site is a static website of editorial pages: comparisons and guides about voice to-do apps, with links to the Vozly app on the App Store. It has no accounts, no login, no forms, no newsletter, no comments and no payments.
What this site collects
Nothing for analytics before you choose. On your first visit a small bar asks about analytics. Until you tap Accept, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. If you tap Decline, nothing is loaded.
Your choice. The answer is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie (details below). You can change it at any time with the “Analytics settings” button in the footer.
Analytics, only after you tap Accept. We then load Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (see below) and processes data under Google's terms. We use it to count visits, to see which pages are read and to see on which page an App Store link was clicked: a custom event called app_store_click that carries the page path. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in Google Analytics. We do not link analytics data to a person, and we do not sell personal data.
Technical data of every request. The site is served by a web server (Microsoft IIS) that is operated for Proseca at a hosting provider in Türkiye, behind Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site as a reverse proxy and content delivery network. Every request your browser makes carries technical data: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser and the page that referred you. The web server and Cloudflare process this data to deliver the page and for security. The server may keep standard server logs of these requests for a limited time. We do not use them for analytics.
E-mail. If you write to hi@vozly.app, we process your message and your e-mail address to answer you.
Apart from what is described on this page, the site loads no third-party scripts, pixels, embeds or ads. Its fonts are hosted on the site itself.
Cookies and local storage
- Local storage, set by us. One entry,
voicetodolist_analytics_consent, in your browser's localStorage. It records whether you accepted or declined analytics, and it is written when you tap Accept or Decline. - Google Analytics cookies, only after you tap Accept. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, the
_gafamily (a_gacookie and cookies whose names start with_ga_). Before you accept, none of them exist. If you later choose Decline in the “Analytics settings”, the site stops sending data to Google Analytics and removes the Google Analytics cookies it can reach. - Cloudflare. Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies for security.
- Nothing else. We set no other cookies.
Links to the App Store and other sites
Links to the Vozly app on the App Store carry Apple campaign parameters (pt=118253288 and ct=voicetodolist). When you open the App Store from such a link, Apple processes that click under Apple's privacy policy.
Links to other developers' App Store listings and websites are external. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Legal bases and your rights
To the extent the GDPR applies to a visit, we rely on these legal bases:
- Analytics: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and for visitors in Germany also § 25(1) of the German TDDDG.
- Delivering the page and security: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Answering your e-mail: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract or steps before one, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering you, Art. 6(1)(f).
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, and you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For visitors in Türkiye, the rights under the Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) apply. To use any of these rights, write to hi@vozly.app.
