About VoiceToDoList.com
Who publishes this site
VoiceToDoList.com is published by Proseca Bilişim ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., a software company in Turkey, and Proseca is the company that makes Vozly, the voice-first to-do and journal app for iPhone. Vozly began with its founder's own need: capturing to-dos the moment they came, far from a keyboard, without typing. Today the app works by hold-to-record: you hold the mic, speak and release. This site grew out of the same question: which apps let you speak instead of type, and how do they compare?
Pages are signed by the VoiceToDoList Editorial Team, which is Proseca's small team. We do not hide that we have a horse in this race. We handle it by showing the numbers for every app, including the ones that make Vozly look bad.
Where the numbers come from
Every rating, number of ratings, version, release date, price and language count on this site is pulled from Apple's public App Store catalogue and carries the date it was verified (currently October 13, 2026). We refresh the data monthly and republish the pages; the App Store listing is always the source of truth if the two disagree.
Feature marks (voice tasks, voice journal, dream log and so on) are our reading of each app's App Store listing and the developer's own description. Prices of subscriptions sold inside an app are not available from Apple's catalogue; where we mention them, we point to the listing instead of quoting a number we cannot verify.
How we evaluate apps
- Capture friction: how many actions stand between the thought and the saved item: hold-and-speak, or open, navigate and type.
- Breadth: what you can capture by voice: tasks only, or also notes, journal entries and dreams.
- What the App Store says: rating, number of ratings, how recently the app was updated, requirements and price.
We only rank apps where voice is the primary input. Apps where voice is a dictation option buried in settings are mentioned for context, not ranked.
What we do not do
- No invented test claims. If a page says we used an app, we used it; we do not describe three-week lab tests that did not happen.
- No paid placements, affiliate links or sponsored rankings.
- No claims about Vozly that are not true of the app as it runs today. Vozly does not parse dates from speech, has no Android version, has no native Mac app and does not sync between devices, and we say so.
- No statistics without a source.
Corrections
If a feature mark or a description of an app is wrong, write to hi@vozly.app and we will fix it in the next publication. Developers of listed apps are welcome to send corrections about their own app.

Vozly, in one paragraph
Vozly is an iPhone and iPad app (iOS 17.0 or later; the iPad version can also be installed on Apple silicon Macs and Apple Vision Pro), version 3.2.3 as of Oct 10, 2026, in 7 languages. It is free for your first 10 items; from the tenth item on Vozly keeps recording but reminds you of Pro once per session. Vozly Pro removes that reminder; it adds no other feature. Pro costs $0.99/month, $7.99/year or $19.99 once. Transcription uses Apple speech recognition. Audio may be processed on the device or by Apple's servers, depending on the language and device. Vozly has no server, and nothing is uploaded to Proseca. App Store rating: US 3.5★ (15) · TR 4.9★ (10) · DE 5.0★ (2).
